The final video is complete, we released this on December 10th. The release was announced whilst the band were on Siren FM. I did post on the bands Facebook about this but if I were to do one thing again it would be this, I would have posted straight after the announcement.
However the video went down very well with the public via Facebook, so far our public reach for the video is over 2,000 people! This is something successful that has come out of the video, this is the highest rating we have had through any post.
The final music video is posted below. All the editing was carried out by me, this includes the black and white effect that is seen, I chose black and white as there was supposed to be a sense of ‘Comedy Noir’ to the music video so this was the best way to stick to conventions.
The story follows the band throughout a busy day before a gig, someone loses their guitar, while the others get into trouble at Riley’s. It is a tongue in cheek music video with a funny narrative and a well executed performance.
